Der Hardt-Stollen

Wenn man sich die Bilder anschaut, mag man es kaum glauben, doch wir befinden uns mitten in er Stadt. Was ursprünglich einmal einfach nur ein Höhlensystem war, sollte während des Kalten Krieges zu einem unterirdischen Kraftwerk ausgebaut werden, welches auch noch bei schweren Bombenangriffen den Betrieb aufrecht erhalten konnte. Vorlage waren hierfür diverse Untertage-Projekte aus dem 2. Weltkrieg. Jedoch wurde dieses Projekt niemals fertig gestellt, da die Notwendigkeit immer geringer wurde. Mach der Wende verloren solche Projekte dann gänzlich ihre Bedeutung. Heut kann man die Anlage einmal im Jahr vollkommen legal besichtigen und bekommt zudem eine nette Führung geboten.
